DELTA COCINAS, SLU , as the website owner, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and other applicable regulations on personal data protection, and with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

    – Purpose: To manage the appointment requested by the user.
    – Legal basis: Consent of the interested party.
  7. Whistleblowing Channel Form:
    – Required data: no personal data is required.
    – Purpose: to manage and/or process the submitted complaint and carry out all necessary actions for the proper investigation of the reported facts (which includes processing any related procedures such as disciplinary, judicial, or other proceedings).
    – Legal basis: the processing has been implemented based on a legal obligation (Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption) and the data provided by the User is processed based on their consent.
  8. To carry out the contractual relationship and the similar administrative, tax, and accounting procedures required by current legislation:
    – Required data: name and surname, telephone number, address, national identity document number, email address, and signature.
    – Purpose: to carry out internal commercial, tax, and administrative management.
    – Legal basis: the data subject’s consent and the contractual relationship.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a letter with the subject line “Unsubscribe” to the email address provided.

In accordance with the LSSICE (Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce), DELTA COCINAS, SLU does not engage in spam practices; therefore, it does not send unsolicited commercial email communications. Consequently, in all communications received from the provider, the user has the option to revoke their express consent to receive further communications.

We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than those described, except as required by law or court order.

The information you provide to us through this website and the application will be hosted on the servers of DELTA COCINAS, SLU , contracted from the company that provides the web hosting service.

The processing of data from the aforementioned entities, as well as any other tool used by the provider, is regulated by a data processing agreement between the provider and this company.

SOCIAL NETWORKS

WHATSAPP

The processing of personal data of individuals who submit inquiries via WhatsApp to DELTA COCINAS, SLU will be governed by this section, as well as the terms of use, privacy policies, and access regulations applicable to the application in each case and previously accepted by the user. DELTA COCINAS, SLU will process your data for the purpose of properly managing your inquiry, as well as for any other purpose related to the administrative management of the service. Your data is shared with WhatsApp Ireland Limited, whose technical security measures ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information, as indicated in its own privacy policy, and with WhatsApp LLC, a company located in the USA and adhering to the Data Privacy Framework approved by the European Commission. No further transfers are foreseen, except when legally required or by court order. Your data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained and, once it is no longer needed, it will be duly blocked, archived, and stored for the legally established period. The use of DELTA COCINAS, SLU ‘s WhatsApp is prohibited for sending content that is not necessary to answer the query and that is illegal under national or international regulations that violate the fundamental rights of individuals and in general contravene the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, protection of privacy, consumer protection and intellectual and industrial property rights.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Images are captured for the purpose of preserving the safety of people and property, as well as the facilities.  

The user is informed by means of a video surveillance sign located in a place prior to the camera and sufficiently visible, which informs that the premises are under video surveillance.

No transfers are foreseen, except to the Security Forces and Corps, nor will any international data transfers be carried out.

The images will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the date of capture. After this period, the images must be deleted, in accordance with current regulations. These regulations stipulate: “Deletion will result in the blocking of the data, which will be retained only at the disposal of Public Administrations, Judges, and Courts, to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing, for the duration of the applicable statute of limitations. Once this period has expired, the images must be permanently deleted.”

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

DELTA COCINAS, SLU reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law.

REVOCABILITY

The consent given, both for the processing and transfer of data of the interested parties, is revocable at any time by notifying DELTA COCINAS, SLU in accordance with the terms established in this Policy for the exercise of rights. This revocation will in no case have retroactive effect.

LEGISLATION

In general, the relations between DELTA COCINAS, SLU with the Users of its telematic services, present on this website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of Calahorra being competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
